Very likely the problem is that you were trying to use your same UN/PW that you used for the jegy .hu web page. For the online.jegy.hu page you need to re-register, because it is a separate system.

Unfortunately the password change message is misleading, because it tells you that it sent you an e-mail even if there was no registered user for that e-mail address. If you are trying to buy a ticket for an online event please make sure that you register a new account for your e-mail address on the online.jegy.hu site.
